SOUR CREAM BANANA BREAD!

1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup real butter (melted)
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups mashed bananas (the riper the better)
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cups chopped nuts (optional)

Mix all ingredients. Pour into greased floured bread pans. Place in preheated 350 degree oven. Bake until light brown 20-25 minutes. Cool. Eat and enjoy the yum!
